Giovannella Condò

Giovannella Condò focuses on Corporate law, and Banking and Project Finance transactions. She advises companies, investment banks, private equity and venture capital funds, financial institutions, start-ups and innovative SMEs at every stage, with a particular focus on the issuance of bonds, mini-bonds, project bonds and participatory financial instruments, equity crowdfunding, governance structures and debt restructuring.

She is very active in energy and infrastructure project finance transactions, taking care of the entire security package accompanying all types of financing, bonds, project bonds: pledges on shares, shares or receivables, special and general mortgages and liens, assignment of receivables as collateral, at all times assessing the relevant tax profile very carefully.

Notary public since 2001. Member of the Consiglio Notarile di Milano until 2014, and member of commissions of the Consiglio Nazionale del Notariato.

Lecturer in the Corporate Law course at the Scuola di Notariato della Lombardia, she is author of scientific contributions on corporate matters.

She is engaged in women empowerment, mentoring, professional and women network initiatives. In 2020, she founded La Carica delle 101, a non-profit association for the support of the start-up world.
