Milano Notai's experience in Energy began in 2005, when we oversaw the acquisition and financing of Italy's largest wind farm with a capacity of over 550 MW. Since then we have continuously assisted project companies and dedicated funds, both in the acquisition of the special purpose vehicles and in the acquisition of the ownership of the plants.
In January 2018, we were involved in Europe's first investment of large-scale photovoltaic plants operating in grid parity, without any form of government subsidies or incentives.
We have also moved into greenfield activity by assisting investors and developers. The Smart Report is Milano Notai's tool to facilitate the acquisition and financeability of sites.
